It’s been over five years since the Belt & Road Initiative was launched by China’s President Xi Jinping, but it’s still unclear whether Poland and the wider Central & Eastern Europe region will truly benefit from it, or if the area will be consigned to ‘corridor’ status between China and the ‘Blue Banana’ part of Central-Western Europe.
Frank Schuhholz, a global expert on logistics, with a particular focus on the Belt & Road Initiative, and initiator/co-host of the conference, states: “It is high time that Poland & CEE, as a key region connecting Asia with Europe, starts to position itself in order to gain influence and potentially reap the benefits from the future infrastructure and business developments.’
This conference ‘Poland & CEE: co-building the Belt & Road’ will be the first C-level event to bring in holistic, balanced – even critical – points of view on what this massive initiative could mean for Polish & CEE businesses.
This two day event is hold in Warsaw, Poland during 11th and 12th of June. Please see the comprehensive outline of the event at following link.
